The ideal candidate is an energetic, accountable and solution driven individual who has a in depth understanding of food ingredients market. Has an existing strong network in natural (protein) ingredients and proven track record in expanding food ingredient businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing (Food/ Feed/ Pharma) markets
  • Build- and sell businesscases
  • Growing the business through prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers
  • Add new productline(s) to BIC’s existing productlines
  • Teambuilding highly focused on improvement
  • Mentor Account Managers to help them achieve individual, team & organizational objectives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 10+ years’ of sales experience in food ingredient market
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
